How does the CINQAIR^® Cost Support Program work for eligible patients?

When eligible patients are enrolled in the CINQAIR^® Cost Support Program, they will receive a Program Card, which they can use to help pay for out-of-pocket costs related to their treatment. Remind patients to bring their CINQAIR^® Cost Support Program Card to all their treatment appointments.
